I believe as a tutor, it is important to work with our students and meet their needs, first and foremost. I believe that all students learn differently, and a good instructor will work with them to make learning easy and fun. I have faith in my students, and I believe that each one of them is capable of going above and beyond expectations. I consider myself a lifelong learner, and I always strive for improvement in myself. I feel that although I work hard as a teacher, I could always do better. I want to be as helpful as possible to my class.I have previous experience in teaching. Last year, I had a classroom of students in the second grade who were all able to improve their reading skills. I can truly say that I love my job, and I feel blessed to be able to improve the lives of my students. I tutor students in the following subjects: Elementary Math, Reading, Phonics, English, Middle School Math, and Writing.I am a graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.When I am not teaching, I love to travel to new places, dance, be outside, and spend time with my two-year-old son.
